A romantic dinner at The Deck
The Deck magically turned an old building in Ta Tien area into a unique accommodation and a restaurant by the Chao Phraya River. Looking from the restaurant, one would have a clear view of significant Bangkok landmarks – Wat Arun against the orange sky as the sun is going down, producing one of the most stunning views of Bangkok.
The food here is as magnificent as the restaurant’s view. Duck breast salad, Australian beef steak and Pita bread and with duck curry are the favourite dishes that foreign visitors always have. For Thais, more spicy foods like Pad Thai with gigantic prawns, spicy coconut tip salad with sour eastern-style sausage and Thai-style pomelo salad which are also the favourite dishes for Japanese visitors.
Being passionate to offering the best to its customers, The Deck’s chef therefore created new dishes made from seasonal ingredients. Mille feuille with fresh strawberry and mascarpone cheese mouse is among the highlight and the signature sweets of The Deck.
